I finally admit that I’m hooked!!

Ok..ok..don’t get quickly agitated..it’s not about smoking, drinking, drugs or sex..hahaha..

I’m hooked to the internet..I’ve started using internet at home.. and though it’s awfully slow coz we only have dial up connections..I don’t actually mind..Just having the sense of being connected to the world..gives me a different kind of high..It’s fun to be always updated with recent news at the NBA, updates with friends at friendster, or just simply checking out if there are any visitors on my multiply site..which to my dismay has been disappointingly scarce..hahaha..

It’s also nice to be able to chat with my sister in the Philippines on a regular basis..almost 24/7..due to her job as a partner on an internet shop and a finance officer in a budding IT company..

Careerwise, it has also been beneficial, since I get to check new job opportunities, reply on job offers and queries and update my resume posted on numerous job seeker sites..hahaha..

Just a few minutes ago, I purchased a fresh load of internet connection..despite the sky high price of an internet dial up card, which I think would be around 600 pesos for 8 hours of internet, I opted to reload not even worried about my depleting bank account, to which this current addiction is putting a toll on.

Anyway, been wanting to post pictures from my trips around the Philippines with friends, but the internet connection is so darn slow to handle it, so with the free, unlimited and better internet speed at the office, I uploaded some. These are pics from last year’s trips so I’m still a few pounds lighter, and that’s actually good..hahaha…I’m starting to blubber..hahaha
