PH Gov’s Philippine Lotto
The Philippine Lotto website is just another evidence at how lousy Philippine government service is, even at rendering webpages at their website. It’s a clear manifestation of how slow government service is. They should have anticipated that, and allocated more resources for that agency’s website, like more IT support, programmers, etc. Where have those money the PCSO is constantly receiving everyday gone?
Naturally, the PCSO’s website will receive more hits and visits than any other government website, and yet getting the latest lotto results is a real pain in the ass.
Haven’t they really heard of web feeds before?
